Tommy is a precocious, yet relatively ordinary 12-year-old boy, who dreams of becoming the next Milos Forman. When his parents gift him a digital video camera he sets about documenting every aspect of his daily life. Soon enough, Tommy and his best friend, Croatian immigrant Haris, find a subject for their cinematic escapades when Tommy begins to suspect that his father his having an affair.
